Mr. Roenick is a Managing Director with Transom Capital Group. Prior to Transom Capital, Mr. Roenick was a Junior Partner at McKinsey & Company and led its Media & Entertainment practice on the West Coast, focused on strategic and operational issues for film, TV, music, technology, and gaming clients.

Previously, Mr. Roenick worked as a product strategist at Microsoft where he won several awards for his work in re-defining the Microsoft Office customer base. He also worked as an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group where he executed initial public offerings for several high-profile technology firms.

Mr. Roenick received his Bachelor's Degree with honors from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).
